Support - Problems with Macintosh computer

1. The videos won't play

Macintosh computers do not come with Windows Media Player installed. That is the "player application" the Mac is looking for. The current solution for this is to download a free program called Flip4Mac. It is good for Mac OS versions 10.3 or greater. Be sure your firewall allows cookies and streaming files.

Just download and install this software. This will allow your Macintosh computer to play our video files.
